Debbie Woodcock is DWPs (Department for Work and Pensions), Head of Strategic Relationship Team, having taken up this post at the end of 2023. Prior to this, Debbie was Group Director for the North & East Midlands Group, overseeing the operational delivery of over 90 JCP locations.
Prior to joining DWP in 2020, Debbie had spent the vast majority of her Civil Service career at HMRC, where she initially trained as a Tax Inspector, before moving into leadership roles.
Debbie is incredibly passionate about supporting and developing those around her, through mentoring, coaching and building and sharing career opportunities.
