Join us to celebrate The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality 2024 for an afternoon of learning and collaboration at a Masterclass.

This is a virtual event.

Audience

This event is for members of Business in the Community (BITC) and applicants to The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality. It will be of interest to Diversity and inclusion practitioners/managers, HR/People/Talent management practitioners/managers, Heads of Diversity and inclusion and Heads of HR/People/Talent management.

Background

Join us to celebrate the release of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality 2024 for a session of learning and collaboration at a Times Top 50 Masterclass.

Themed around creating a more equal future, these sessions will help shape future thinking around gender equity in the UK by considering some of the greatest challenges and opportunities employers currently face.

Join a masterclass session to:

  • Access insights from this year’s cohort
  • Hear from industry experts on how they are shaping their future agendas
  • Discuss challenges and co-create solutions with peers

About the event

This session will explore the major workforce trends of today, including changing demographics (and accompanying shifts in attitudes and expectations), increasing health needs and caring responsibilities among employees, and a growing focus on social mobility. Join us to consider how employers can respond to these trends in a way that drives greater, intersectional gender equity, and learn from the best practice shared in this year’s awards.

Booking, contact details and further information

  • Contact Florence Hughes, Events Manager, BITC, for any further questions.
  • Full joining instructions will be sent before the event.
