Parminder Kohli has 28 years of senior leadership experience, with over 22 of those years at Shell.
He is currently the Chair of Shell UK Ltd and Shell Group Executive Vice President Sustainability and Carbon.
He has a track record of creating high-performing businesses by building strong, cohesive teams, attracting diverse talents and fostering a culture of excellence. He is passionate about promoting diversity in the workplace. He was recognised in the global Top 20 of 2023 Heroes Top 35 Advocate Role Model List by INvolve People and in 2022 was recognised in the INvolve Empower Top 100 Senior Executive list.
He was appointed as Social Mobility Commissioner by the UK Government in September 2022.
Parminder completed his Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School and MBA from IMD Switzerland. A physical and mental fitness enthusiast, he enjoys distance running, yoga and meditation. He is also a keen traveller having visited more than 85 countries.
