Michael Fildes-Peace is a Managing Director at Sodexo since 2014, where he leads the Circles, a specialised company focused on enhancing employee wellbeing, engagement, and workplace culture. In his role, Michael drives growth, service development, and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion. He represents Sodexo globally, serving as a keynote speaker on LGBTQ+ and Allyship.
With over two decades of experience in hospitality and leisure, Michael also served in the Royal Air Force, both domestically and internationally. His career highlights include developing innovative benefits packages for the banking industry, establishing lifestyle businesses, and creating a hotel programme for an international credit card.
Now residing in the Ceiriog Valley, Michael is honoured to join Business in the Community’s (BITC) Wales Leadership Board to contribute to meaningful local community impact and positive change for people.
