Dan Lawrenson is a Chartered Senior Development Manager at HBD, one of the UK’s leading and most respected property developers. Since joining the company in 2018, Dan has been instrumental in delivering large-scale industrial and logistics developments across the North West as well as helping to bring forward some of HBD’s signature workspace and residential schemes. These projects have driven significant inward investment, created new job opportunities for the local community, and supported wider regeneration initiatives in the region.
Dan is deeply committed to sustainable development. He spearheaded the introduction of a company-wide solar photovoltaic panel strategy, ensuring the creation of highly sustainable industrial and logistics spaces. His innovative approach reflects his dedication to reducing environmental impact while meeting the demands of modern development.
As a newly appointed member of HBD’s North-West Board, Dan brings extensive experience in regeneration and placemaking. His expertise helps shape projects that deliver lasting positive change across the region.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dan enjoys spending time outdoors, often accompanied by his two dogs, Oscar and Jasper. He is a passionate supporter of the Alzheimer’s Society, regularly taking part in challenges to raise funds and awareness for the cause.
