From Office to Operations: whole-organisation wellbeing

Tue, 17 June @ 10:00 – 11:00

This is an online event.
Audience
This event is open to Business in the Community (BITC) members and non-members. It is aimed at business leaders, HR, occupational health managers, wellbeing advocates and individuals interested in overcoming the challenges of supporting cross-functional workforce wellbeing.
Background
Diversity in job design for 2025’s workforce creates cross-functional complexity for organisational wellbeing leaders. With some employees working frontline and others flexibly working from home, how can organisations unlock an inclusive and equitable workforce wellbeing approach?
Our Prioritise People research found 9 in 10 organisations are offering some form of wellbeing programme. However, where 1.7 million cross-functional workers experienced a health condition made worse by their job in 2025 , the challenge persists.
With an estimated 62% of the UK population working away from a desk , this event will discuss the wellbeing considerations in supporting operational workforces with BITC’s whole-person approach.
