After starting her career with Procter and Gamble in Newcastle, Cat Mills has been working in business strategy and transformation in various industries for the last 18 years. For the last five years, she has worked with EDF Energy as part of the Hinkley Point C Project in Somerset. Cat thrives on working with high performing teams and is always looking to understand the root cause of challenges, building strategies and empowering teams to overcome them.
Building on her previous degrees in Psychology and Artificial Intelligence, Cat has recently completed her EMBA at the University of Bath. She is looking to use her professional expertise to make a tangible impact on the region she now calls home. Cat is excited about working with the Business in the Community board to help the South West community work effectively together to tackle the challenges around skills and climate change.
Always looking for the next adventure at home as well as in work in her spare time, Cat trains for and competes in ultramarathons, the more mud and hills the better! She practices Acroyoga with her local community in Bristol.
