Audience
This event is open to members of Business in the Community (BITC). The event has been designed to benefit representatives from your Diversity & Inclusion Employee Networks, HR professionals, Talent Managers, and recruitment managers.
Background
The Scottish Census data on ethnicity is due to be published in May this year. BITC Scotland’s Race at Work Reception will build on the Census data and provide you with the tools and best practice to enhance or implement race at work policies within your organisation, to ensure you are inclusive in your attraction, recruitment, and retention of ethnically diverse talent. It will be an inspiring evening of networking and collaboration, bringing together representatives of Diversity and Inclusion employee networks from across Scotland.
