About the event

Our Champion Forums are designed to be a space to convene employers on key issues that affect your business. It is an opportunity to gain support from likeminded peers and our campaign and advisory experts.

This Champions Forum will be focused on the key changes and challenges facing workplace inclusion and wellbeing today. It will be split into two.

  • The first part of the session will explore the current operational context in the UK, such as changes in government, legislation and what the recent UK riots mean for your equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and how to best support your people.
  • With nearly 1 in 4 employees planning to change jobs within the next 12 months, the second part of the session will explore talent retention and how to support, progress and retain your people in challenging times.

Speakers

  • Kate Hinder, Wellbeing Advisory Lead, BITC
  • Sandra Kerr, Race Equality Campaign Director, BITC
  • Marwan Patrick, Wellbeing Issue Area Lead, BITC

  • Charlotte Woodworth, Gender Equality Campaign Director, BITC
