Launch Webinar – Prioritise People: What Next?
Tue, 25 June @ 10:00 – 11:00
This is an online event.
Audience
Business in the Community (BITC) members and non members.
Background
If ‘Prioritise People: Unlock the value of a thriving workforce’ is the business case; ‘Prioritise People: The next step’ is the catalyst. Published last year, ‘Prioritise People: Unlock the value of a thriving workforce’ highlighted the significant economic impact of unlocking the value of your people, contributing 6-17% of UK GDP. The feedback received was a call for actionable steps that organisations can take to make these benefits real and tangible.
To address this need, ‘Prioritise People: The next step’ will launch on 25 June. Drawing on research from the McKinsey Health Institute, BITC has developed a ‘How to’ guide offering practical, science-based measures for organisations to assess and enhance their health and wellbeing initiatives. This guide is divided into two ‘How to’ sections, designed to help organisations evaluate their current state and define their future goals.
