Session Three- Mapping, Monitoring, and Partnerships
In this session participants will evaluate partnerships and the steps needed to build a strong business case.
They will also learn how to maximize impact through consistent monitoring, assessing business impacts and dependencies, as well as identifying subsequent risks and opportunities.
