Henry Stewart is a Partner in Cooley’s Business Litigation Department and is based in London.
Henry works with a variety of clients, from multi-national corporations to governments, in respect of a wide range of commercial disputes and has particular experience resolving issues for life sciences entities. While he frequently advises clients through formal disputes resolutions processes, he sees his role first and foremost as a problem solver for clients.
Henry regularly advises global governments as well as commercial entities in the civil recovery of assets lost to fraud and corruption. Henry is also passionate about the Blue Economy/the sustainable use of ocean-based resources and heads Cooley’s Blue Economy Group which works with governments looking to develop their blue economies and those exploring opportunities within it.
Henry joined the Business in the Community (BITC) London Leadership Board because he believes working with the Board is an excellent way to try to have a direct impact in support of the Board’s objectives in areas in which he is very passionate.
Henry is married to Alana and they have two young girls, Lila and Emme (and too many other animals).
