Jen has worked with Capita for over 20 years in a variety of different roles including administration, bid writing, people development and social value. Jen has predominantly worked with public sector clients in the North East and Cumbria. More recently, she has moved roles to work with central government clients in the healthcare part of the business which opens up different opportunities of working with BITC aligned to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Jen is a Chartered Member of CIPD and has been a school governor and Enterprise Advisor with the Combined North East Authority with local schools.
Jen has a vast amount of experience supporting community partners in the North East and Cumbria with a focus on employability and skills including STEM Programmes. She has worked with BITC for many years with good working relationships and is proud that Capita is a member of BITC working closely with them across other regions and sharing with other Capita board members to ensure a collaborative approach.
Jen enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as watching her son play football.
