Laura Daly is the Regional Lead Partner for the West Midlands at Irwin Mitchell LLP. In this role, Laura supports the businesses growth in a broad range of legal practices within the region, whilst also maintaining a strong focus on responsible business and colleague wellbeing and engagement.
Laura sits on Irwin Mitchell’s national Responsible Business Committee with responsibility for creating and then driving forward the firm’s agenda in respect of environmental issues, charity work and equality and diversity.
In addition, Laura works as a Partner in the medical negligence team, acting exclusively for clients who wish to investigate the care and treatment they have received from their treating clinicians. Laura runs her own varied caseload which includes progressing cases for bereaved families (including inquest representation), patients suffering a delay in diagnosis of cancer, neonatal deaths and serious injury. Laura has a particular interest in investigating the care provided to Mothers during pregnancy, labour and birth of their child and has been involved in many very complex and high value birth injury cases.
