Lindsay Cramond is Director for FWB Park Brown, a prominent Executive search business. Lindsay started her career with Scottish Widows before moving to Australia and joining recruitment specialists Robert Walters. Over her six years there she was responsible for their Financial Services division, working across the Asian Pacific region and including advising on senior appointments across the asset management, wealth management and global markets sectors.
She returned to Edinburgh in 2022 and joined FWB Park Brown. Her focus is on working with a diverse range of the firm’s clients, from plc, SME and public sector and advising on appointments across a variety of functions.
She is passionate about championing diversity and inclusion and helping to foster a workplace and community where every voice is valued and heard.
