Mandy is Director of Branch Network, Relationships and Distribution Community at Nationwide, with 691 branches and more than 7,000 employees. Mandy leads a team of people who demonstrate every day the difference that can be made to the lives
Mandy has over 20 years of experience working in financial services, many of these within the RBS Group. During her time at RBS, Mandy held several roles including Branch Manager, Area Manager and Operations Manager.
Mandy joined Nationwide in October 2010 as Area Director, progressing to Performance Director, in December 2016. She was appointed to Director of Branch Network in 2015 and was named Executive Leader of the Year.
Mandy is married and has three children, so knows what it is like to balance work and life. She graduated from Bath University, having completed an MBA in Business Administration.
Mandy is the Gender Equality Matters network sponsor in Nationwide.
