Martine Williamson is currently responsible for overseeing Sky’s Service Operations across all products, including UK-based service centres and partner sites in Bulgaria and India. In addition to her core responsibilities, Martine serves as Co-Chair of Sky’s Multicultural Network. With over two decades of experience in Change Management, Martine has led teams at leading organisations such as Dell Computers, RBS, Cap Gemini, and Student Loans, successfully driving large-scale transformation projects. Prior to her current role, she spent two years in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as the Director of Customer Experience at Astro TV, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey.
She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, striving to foster an environment where everyone can thrive. Martine is particularly dedicated to promoting social mobility, creating equal opportunities, and mentoring women from underrepresented backgrounds.
