Matt Hill joined the executive team at HomeServe in April 2022 as Chief People Officer. Prior to this, Matt was the Global Talent Director for the HomeServe Group.
Before joining HomeServe, Matt has gained over 20 years experience of working in HR roles, primarily working with FMCG and financial services.
As Chief People Officer, Matt leads on recruitment, reward, engagement, talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), and business partnering.
Matt was born and raised in the Midlands, and having pursued various roles around the country returned to his roots in 2014. Matt is passionate about supporting community based activity, especially working with younger people and creating opportunities in the educational sector.
