Matt joined Marsh in June 2014 as a Development Executive, based in the Leeds office. He took over the role of Head of Office for Newcastle & Carlisle on 1 January 2019.
In his role, Matt leads a team of professionals with a successful track record of partnering with organisations to help them understand risks to the balance sheet, its employees and stakeholders, and to provide innovative risk management and insurance solutions. This includes risk identification, risk financing, analytics, global and domestic insurance, risk and cost mitigation strategies, and employee health and benefits consulting.

Outside of the workplace, Matt is a keen cricketer and enjoys horseracing.
