Our Impact: Leading with Purpose

For more than 40 years, Business in the Community (BITC) has united businesses as a force for good, driving impactful change across the UK. This yearā€™s Impact Report highlights how we are advancing opportunities for young people and jobseekers, investing in essential skills, and building fairer, greener communities – all to create a thriving future for people and the planet.

Reflecting on 2024

  • Being committed to fostering a sense of pride and hope in every community with support to build and deliver a strong collective vision of a fairer and greener tomorrow.
  • Ensuring that every young person and jobseeker feels supported and has clear pathways into work.
  • Supporting employers to invest in the skills that are needed, creating workplaces where everyone can thrive regardless of their background.
