Rachel Osikoya is the Director for DEI at Lloyds Banking Group responsible for driving the Group’s strategic DE&I agenda.
Rachel has over twenty years of global experience across Organisational Culture, Diversity and Inclusion. She was previously the Global Head of Culture, Wellbeing & Inclusion at London Stock Exchange Group. Rachel’s has had a global career, spending four years living and working in South Africa, where she was Head of Organisational Culture for the Standard Bank Group and nearly three years living and working in Denmark, leading the global DEI agenda for Maersk.
Her past experience spans across Barclays Capital, BT plc and as a lay member on the Equality and Diversity Committee for the Bar Standards Board and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Equity and Social Justice.
Rachel has built impactful DEI strategies that are data led, creating leadership accountability and colleague empowerment building DEI into the DNA of organisations to ultimately benefit colleagues, customers and society.
