Rachel Seagrave has been the Head of Learning & Development at Headlam Group since January 2023. She previously worked at Midcounties Cooperative and Warwickshire County Council. She lives in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, with her partner and two children.
Her role encompasses all aspects of learning and development throughout the colleague lifecycle, including induction, upskilling the workforce, apprenticeships, and career and leadership development.
Rachel is passionate about supporting students and colleagues in their careers. She has delivered employability sessions in schools and mentored colleagues through apprenticeships and internal development programs.
