As leaders in the legal sector within which we operate, we have ambitious responsible business objectives and actively working alongside BITC has helped us to deliver those ambitions. This collaboration has included working together on:
- The implementation of conscious inclusion training to all our departments;
- Increasing carbon literacy within our workforce aligning with our own approach to sustainability and ESG;
- Building our network of likeminded business leaders to work together to drive local community initiatives on social mobility and protection of the environment.
Membership of BITC has helped provide objective validation for our initiatives as demonstrated by our success as a previous winner of the BITC Responsible Business Champion award and a number of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality awards.”
