Sally Tickell is Head of HR Services at Next plc, based at their Head Office campus in Leicester. Next employs 44,000 in the UK, with 6,500 based in the East Midlands Region.
Sally has worked at Next for over 20 years and in her current role leads the Employer Brand, Recruitment Services, Talent Development, HR Data & Analytics, HR Services & Benefits Teams. Sally is hugely proud of the Team, they share a mission to deliver exceptional employee experiences at every stage of Next’s employee journey, ensuring that everyone—no matter their background, role or tenure—feels valued, supported, and empowered.
In addition to this Sally leads Next’s initiatives on Inclusion, with an ambition to foster an inclusive culture, where everyone can thrive and meets the unique needs of Next’s diverse workforce.
Having worked with Business in the Community over a number of years, Sally is excited to join the East Midlands Leadership Board to collaborate with like minded individuals and organistions to make a positive impact to our local communities.
