Tom Loukes is a Partner in PwC’s sustainability practice where he leads the private sector business. Tom joined PwC from an energy company where he worked across a number of process assurance roles. Since joining PwC, Tom worked in Governance Risk and Controls before joining the Sustainability practice to focus on reporting.
Tom works with his clients to help them understand and respond to their reporting obligations taking into account both sustainability strategy and the constantly evolving sustainability regulatory reporting landscape. Tom has worked across a number of sectors including energy, retail and manufacturing. He has experience of implementing responses to a number of regulatory frameworks including TCFD, UK MCD and EU CSRD. Tom has also worked with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development on pilot studies for the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures.
Tom lives in Leeds with his wife Liz and their twins Evie and Fred. Any spare time is spent riding a bike or playing golf.
